DESCRIPTION

The Alkaline Bating Enzymes is designed for liming, especially suitable for smooth removal of hide hair in liming (ideally, in combination with sulfide or similar chemicals and Lime) without affecting the grain.

APPLICATION

Suggested dosages are as follows (% on Pelt Wt):

l Cowhide: 0.05%- 0.08%

l Pig skin: 0.08% -0.12%

l Goat skin: 0.05% -0.08%

l Sheep skin: 0.03% -0.07%

l Sofa or garment leather: 1.5 times more is recommended.

The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.
