INTRODUCTION

SUNSON feed grade glucose oxidase is produced by a carefully selected microorganism strain by submerged fermentation, separation and formulation. This product has high and stable enzyme activity and used either as dietary supplement or feed additive to effectively prevent disease and maintain gut health of animal.

DEFINITION OF UNIT

One unit (U) of Glucose Oxidase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes 1umol β-D-glucose to D-gluconic acid and peroxide in 1 min. at 30℃ and pH6.0.
