Product Description

Sunson Xylanase for brew industry is the refined Brewing Enzymes. Enzymes For Beer Brewing Xylanase can catalyzes the endohydrolysis of 1,4-β-D-xylosidic linkages in xylan which is a major structural polysaccharide in plant cells. Xylan constitutes the major component of hemicellulose, which is a component of plant cell walls. naturally present in all biological systems. Xylanase can be selectively isolated from plant, animals and microorganisms. Product Characteristics: Declared Activity: 22,000 u/ml, Production Organism: Trichoderma reesei, Physical Form: Liquid, Color: Snuff color, Color may vary from batch to batch. Color intensity is not an indication of enzyme activity.

Best before: When stored as recommended, the product is best used within 12 months from date of delivery.

Storage Conditions: This product should be stored in a cool and dry place in sealed container, avoiding insolation, high temperature and damp. The product has been formulated for optimal stability. Extended storage or adverse conditions such as higher temperature or higher humidity may lead to a higher dosage requirement.
