PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Alkaline lipase is a clear brown liquid product. It’s produced by submerged fermentation of a selected filamentous fungal strain followed by purification and formulation. The enzyme catalyzed the degradation of triglycerides into diglycerides, monoglycerides, glycerol and fatty acids. It works efficiently on lipid stains in our daily life and is used commonly for detergent.

MECHANISM

Lipase comprises one of the most important Detergent enzymes, since it works on those common stains on our clothes caused by spilled soup, sweat, coffee. The enzyme works by attacking ester bonds of triglycerides to degrade them into diglycerides, monoglycerides, glycerol and fatty acids, and makes the stain easy to remove.

REACTION PARAMETERS

The product has a wide working pH and temperature range from pH 6.0-11.0 and 25℃-60℃. Loss of activity occurs beyond these ranges.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION

The recommended dosage is 0.15-0.5%. The product should be mixed with small amount of detergent first before further processing. The optimal dosage has to be adapted to the exact cleaning purpose.

WARNINGS

Keep sealed after use every time to avoid moisture adsorption, microbial infections and inactivation of enzymes until its finish.
