Nitrile Hydratase

DESCRIPTION

Nitrile Hydratase is produced by submerged fermentation followed by separation, ultrafiltration and formulation. The enzyme is a metalloenzyme that catalyzes the conversion of nitriles into the corresponding amide compounds. This product is mainly used in the industry for the production of acrylamide and niacinamide by enzymatic methods.

MECHANISM

Nitrile Hydratase is a metalloenzyme that catalyzes the conversion of nitriles into the corresponding amide compounds. It can catalyze the conversion of acrylonitrile into acrylamide.

REACTION PARAMETERS

Temperature Range: 10-40℃

Optimum Temperature Range: 15-25℃

pH Range: 6.0-8.0

Optimum pH Range: 6.5-7.5
